Green Industrial Park (GIP)

There are companies that have proprietary technologies capable of recycling up to 95% of the municipal solid waste generated. The GIP concept of Envirosource takes the separation process a few steps further. The GIP consists of the separating plant plus eight manufacturing facilities within the park that will take the recycled components and make marketable and usable consumer products.
GIP Business Model
-
The increasing awareness of the environmental hazards and unforeseeable long term clean-up costs of landfills creates a demand for a new approach for dealing with the "solid waste problem." The GIP's process of recycling the municipal waste stream is the solution. A GIP's processes are eco-friendly, utilizing up to 95% of the typical waste stream, drastically reducing the amount of waste directed to landfills.
-
A GIP is more viable economically than a private landfill because unlike landfills, a GIP does not rely on tipping fees as its only source of revenue. Our system is self-supporting through the sales of our specialized products.
-
A GIP's fuel product has and added benefit of helping local coal fired utilities reduce air-borne emissions when burned alongside coal and is backed by the U.S. Government as a renewable energy fuel source.
-
A GIP's building products are often superior to competing products that are produced from virgin raw material at a significantly higher energy costs.
- A GIP offers increase financial stability for all entities.
