Cleaning Services
Floors
Floors will be swept and/or dust mopped daily (dust control treated mops)
Floors will be damp mopped daily
Carpeted areas will be vacuumed and, where possible, spot cleaned weekly
*Tile floors will be buffed monthly
Restrooms
Floors will be mopped daily
Sinks and fixtures will be cleaned and sanitized
Dusting
Desks, filing cabinets, bookcases, chairs, tables and other office
furniture will be dusted as needed
Windowsills, low ledges, moldings, picture frames, etc.. will be dusted as needed
Receptacles
Waste receptacles will be emptied and resulting debris placed in a designated area
Ashtrays will be emptied and cleaned where applicable
Plastic trash liners will be replaced as necessary from customer stock
Glass
Entrance glass door panes will be cleaned
Glass desktops will be cleaned and dried
Smudges will be removed from glass partitions
Miscellaneous
Drinking fountains will be cleaned and sanitized daily
Vents will be vacuumed monthly
Lights will be turned off nightly when cleaning is finished, unless otherwise requested

Cleaned inside and/or outside
*Pressure Washing
*Impact Cleaning
The tile (VCT) floors are stripped & waxed and carpets shampooed
upon customer’s request.
