	•	Payment is requested at the end of each session.
	•	Please call your insurance company to determine if mental health visits outside of network are covered.
	•	A form is provided for you to file insurance claims directly.
	•	At least 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations to avoid charge of session.
	•	Payment Options: Cash or Personal Checks.
