WELCOME TO OUR OFFICE
Our office welcomes you.  As our patient, your comfort, satisfaction and well-being are our major concerns.  In selecting our office to serve your orthodontic health needs, you have given us the opportunity to show appreciation of the confidence you have placed in us.  We will make every effort to extend the care, concern, and quality treatment that your confidence deserves.  Our goal is to provide the very best possible orthodontic care for our patients so that they may achieve optimal oral health and an ideal smile throughout their lifetime. 
Our staff operates as a team, and we take great pride in each staff member’s training and capabilities.  We will do our very best, and hope you to feel comfortable in recommending us to your friends and relatives.  We want you to have the best possible smile and bite as a result of our relationship.

APPOINTMENTS
We make every effort to schedule our patients so they are not kept waiting.  To accomplish this, we schedule our procedures that require more time and attention in the morning and the shorter appointments in the afternoon.
We appreciate as much notice as possible if one of our patients is not able to keep an appointment so we may try to schedule someone else at that time.
We have a working arrangement with the schools we serve, which allows patients to be excused for orthodontic appointments.  School-age patients should go to school, be excused for their appointment time, and then return after their appointment has been completed.  We provide an excuse slip which documents each patient’s appointment which includes length of the appointment.

OUR SATELLITE OFFICES
Our Laurens-Clinton satellite office is one that is apart from our main office and operates on a regular part-time basis.  The office is located on Medical Ridge Road across from the Laurens County Hospital emergency room entrance.  This office is staffed and equipped to provide 100% of all patient services.  No trips to our Greenwood office are necessary.  We have call forwarding from our Laurens-Clinton office to our main office when we are not there so we will never miss your call.  The purpose of our satellite office is to make treatment as convenient as possible for our patients.
In the fall of 2005, we opened a third office in Greer to serve the Greenville-Spartanburg area.  This office is unique in that we treat only adults and older teenagers in the location.  To my knowledge, there are only three other offices in the country for adults only.  The office is designed to provide adults with private treatment areas using state-of-the-art computer technology.
