We purchase our used street bikes from a variety of sources including insurance auctions (wrecked and/or stolen), banks (repossessed), dealers and individuals. Some bikes we refurbish for resale and others we dismantle for parts. Parts is our main focus, and we have quite an extensive inventory, with daily additions.

RETURNS

• For ALL returned parts you must contact us first and get a return authorization number. We will not accept it without one. The original packaging and packing slip must be included. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We recommend, for your protection, that you insure your return package for the part's value.
• If we sent the correct part, the return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If we sent the wrong part, we'll provide a complete refund including shipping.

GUARANTEE

• We guarantee all mechanical parts to be in good working order.
• Painted and body parts are guaranteed to be as we described them to you:
  - Clean (no scratches)
  - Fair (minor nicks and/or scratches from normal wear)
  - Rough (functionally OK, but has road rash)
  - Primed (road rash has been repaired and part is primed)
