- General Pest Control (1-time service)
Treat inside and outside with liquid sprays, baits, or granules, depending on circumstances. All accessible areas of structure will be treated including attic and crawl space. This one-time service carries no warranty, return visits will be charged accordingly.
$55.00 Per Visit (Greenville and Spartanburg Counties)
$85.00 Per Visit (Surrounding Counties)
- Quarterly Pest Control Services
Same quality service as One-time Pest Control Service and comes with a three-month warranty (in-between visits if needed are no charge) and complete Termite and Moisture Inspection on first initial visit. Mice and rats are also included with this service. There is no contract to sign. We will call you every three months to schedule your next visit.*

*If you are interested in receiving quarterly pest control service, you must notify the office or your service technician upon his arrival. Then we will contact you every three months to schedule your next visit.
